5 km from the ZooParc de Beauval and in the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire, our gîte for 12 people is the ideal place for reunions with family, friends or for group stays. Located near a beautiful forest which leads to the town of Mareuil-sur-Cher, this spacious gîte, housed in an old restored farm, offers a calm and relaxing setting, perfect for recharging your batteries.

With its large, friendly rooms and its simple but warm comfort, it is perfect for large families or groups of friends. Guests can take advantage of the on-site walking trails to explore the surrounding nature. The gîte is adjoining another, thus offering a great option for larger groups (20 people possible in the 2 gîtes).

Whether you come to discover the region, enjoy the tranquility or simply get together, this gîte is a true haven of peace, combining Touraine charm, comfort and proximity to local attractions.

On the ground floor:

1 kitchen with bread oven, 1 living room with sofa, bathroom, toilet. A beautiful fireplace awaits you in winter.

Upstairs:

1 large living room (living room, bedroom with 2 90cm beds and 1 140cm bed + a 160cm BZ), a bedroom with 1 140cm bed + 1 0.90cm bed + 1 baby bed, a bedroom with 1 140cm bed and 1 90cm bed and shower room, toilet. In total, you have 3 Bedrooms for 10 to 12 people.

Possibility of meals at our farm inn located 600 meters away, for tables (by reservation)
